guest Gadjah Wong, this legendary Luxury resto style from Yogyakarta


After so long waiting for the arrival of the opportunity to dine in the resto Gadjah Wong, eventually recall as well. Because of the coincidence must entertain a guest from another city who was on vacation to Yogyakarta, I invite them to the InaugurationWong, who has known and has always been the jujugan guests from out of town oroverseas.


That night the three of us came to resto Gadjah Wong specifically opened only for dinner only. Resto is divided into three parts which accompany the music, i.e. jazz, traditional Javanese, or Spanish. Without becoming too crowded, music that gives a different atmosphere in each room. We sit at the pool who happened to be adjacent to the jazz musicians playing music. We ordered three different menus, IE. Rack of Lamb, Duck, Orange and Pan Fried King Mackerel. Yup, three menus dibandroll rates above Rp. 80,000 per serving is indeed very draining my wallet but for this price I could be worth the price. At least the atmosphere offered was very riveting.

The first menu is a menu sample I belong to one of my guests, Orange Duck. To me,it could be that this menu is a menu of duck that is different from usual. If I had only felt the duck menu prepared by means of dibacem, a fried, or rica-rica, Orange Duck menu is ordinary fried but are presented along with a slightly sour orange sauce, and sweet. While doing his meat that is super soft and has a savory taste and slightly sweet it feels so fitting with sauces that are acidic and refreshing. Sensation is different and really special. Guns to be outdone with the first menu, the menu is Pan Fried King Mackerel him managed to amaze me. Creamy texture with a perfect maturitybecome peak points this menu delicacy. With sauce that blends the flavor of the creamy and slightly acidic is very fitting with the savory fish before eaten. Amazing andimpressive.


Lastly, I am eating a menu that did my order that night, i.e., the Rack of Lamb. The menu that made me have to spend money amounting to Rp. 129,000 is really delicious. Baked goat ribs it feels so soft in the mouth and typical prengus aroma of goats can be said to be barely felt. IGA a dibumbu with this sweet sauce served with a savory brown sauce and diramaikan with a variety of vegetables. For me, this menu isreally into the Summit dinner in Gadjah Wong. With all the deliciousness that I felt, it's no wonder if the restaurant has survived more than 10 years it is always crowdedinto jujugan. This legendary Resto actually managed to make me so impressed, especially in terms of taste and comfort.
